There are times in life when we find ourselves standing at the edge of an unknown sea...

....maybe you arrived there through a big loss in your life.

....maybe through illness, conflict or change.

.... maybe you feel a quiet longing, some inner knowing that life is asking something              more of you....

.....or....you simply realise that the ways you have learned to survive are no longer the              ways that serve you.

Whatever has brought you here,

I offer a place where we can pause together.

A place to breathe.

To listen.

To wonder.

To discover what may be quietly waiting beneath the surface.

I don't see counselling as fixing what is broken.

Rather, I see it as creating a space where we can become curious about our experience—with compassion instead of judgement.

Like the ocean, our inner life has its own rhythms. There are times of turbulence and times of stillness, moments when we feel carried by the current and moments when we struggle against it.

Healing cannot be forced.

It asks us to slow down, to listen deeply, and to trust that even our wounds may have something to teach us.

Together we explore the patterns, beliefs and relationships that shape your life—not to analyse them from a distance, but to experience them with greater awareness, understanding and kindness.

My work is inspired by

• Compassionate Soul Inquiry

• Family Constellation work

• Goethean Observation

• Reflective Social Practice

• Sufi teachings and contemplative practice

• Creative and expressive processes

These are not techniques that I apply to you.

They are ways of seeing.

Each conversation unfolds differently, according to what wants to emerge.

Individual counselling (60min)

Individual sessions offer a confidential space to explore life's questions, challenges and transitions.

Whether you are experiencing grief, anxiety, relationship difficulties, burnout, a sense of disconnection, or simply a longing to live more fully, we begin by listening together.

Not searching for quick answers.

But allowing deeper questions to reveal themselves.

Couples counselling (90min)

Every relationship has its own ecology.

Like a living system, it grows, adapts, struggles and renews itself.

Sometimes we become caught in familiar patterns that neither partner intended, yet both continue to repeat.

Together we slow the conversation down.

We create space for each person to be heard.

We become curious about what is happening beneath the surface.

Rather than asking who is right, we explore what the relationship itself may be asking of both partners.

Often, when we begin to see with fresh eyes, new possibilities emerge naturally.

An invitation

The word remember has always spoken to me in a deeper way.

To remember is not only to recall.

It is also to re-member—to bring the scattered parts of ourselves gently back into relationship.

Perhaps this is what healing asks of us.

To re-member ourselves.

To re-member our relationships.

To re-member our place within the larger web of life.

And perhaps, together, to begin re-membering our shared future.

If these words resonate with something in you, I would be honoured to accompany you for a while on your journey.

You do not have to navigate the ocean alone.
